The team will talk you through next steps and help arrange cleaning if required. You should also update PSP accordingly and inform your local HR Business Partner.

A Covid-19 test pack has broken open, what should I do?
It is highly unlikely that the inner packaging will break open, however there is a SSOW for Deliveries, Collections, Processing & Relay via the link above.
NB, you need to access via a RM system or VPN - & if the link does not work search for the SHE Coronavirus Document Library.
