Royal Mail: Your unit plan
A unit plan containing essential information about your unit – including important contact details and isolation points – will help you and emergency services deal with an incident more quickly if it occurs.
It is the responsibility of the Person in Control (PiC) to ensure this plan is updated every six months (or when a major change occurs to named personnel, building layout, etc.). An electronic copy must be sent to your line manager.
